I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude for the coverage of my chemotherapy medication. Without your assistance I would not have been able to afford the treatment. I was quite anxious with having to consider selling my home in order to afford treatment. I was greatly relieved when I received notification that the foundation would help me cover the co-pays. Your foundation literally saved my life, and I am extremely grateful. I, as well as my entire family, thank you.
I was diagnosed with stage 1 non-small cell lung cancer in late January 2012; it was a non-issue from the start. It only meant extra amounts of my time were now going to be dedicated to my treatment. The unexpected emotional support from doctors, staff, family, and friends encouraged me more than words can express.
I need to tell you what a wonderful job you are doing and just how grateful I am for the assistance you were able to provide for me. Not only was the staff compassionate and caring, they were always there to help. If I did not receive the help you gave me, I do not know what I would have done. Your staff is kind and a great bunch of people. They have been so nice when I called and it surely helps when we are already in a stressed state of mind.

I am so grateful and thankful for your help at this critical time in my life. There are no words that fully describe the deep appreciation I feel for your foundation and the hope that it inspires in me and, I believe, in all patients that you touch.
