CancerCare® Co-Payment Assistance Foundation (CCAF) helps people afford the cost of co-payments for chemotherapy and targeted treatment drugs. We provide this assistance free of charge to ensure patient access to care and compliance with prescribed treatments. View current covered cancer diagnoses.

A national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, CCAF is managed by a professional staff and an independent Board of Trustees, which has oversight responsibility for the program’s guidelines, processes and operations. CancerCare® Co-Payment Assistance Foundation received its OIG Opinion Letter 07-11 on September 28, 2007 and is authorized to establish co-payment assistance funds for all types of cancer, including solid tumors and hematological cancers.

We are proud to be affiliated with CancerCare®. Together we offer patients a seamless network of high quality, comprehensive support services ranging from psychosocial support to information, resources, education and financial assistance. All CancerCare services are provided by professional oncology social workers and are completely free of charge.
